Welcome to PIURE. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

PIURE is a made-to-order clothing studio. All garments are individually produced after purchase. We do not keep finished garments in stock.

Orders

By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, size chart, fabric, color, and all available product information before placing an order.

Where body measurements or customization details are requested, customers are responsible for providing accurate information.

Made to Order Production

Every garment is individually made after an order is placed.

Production begins after your order has been placed and any required production details have been confirmed. This may include confirmation of body measurements, garment length, or other customization details where applicable.

Because each garment is produced specifically for the individual customer, materials may be cut, prepared, or purchased exclusively for that order.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are displayed on our website at the time of purchase.

Payment must be completed before production begins.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or cancel orders affected by obvious pricing mistakes.

Shipping

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for information only and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, weather conditions, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control are not our responsibility.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery.

Returns and Refunds

Our Refund Policy forms an integral part of these Terms of Service.

Because all garments are individually made to order, cancellations, returns, and exchanges are not accepted once production has begun, except where required by applicable law or in the case of a confirmed manufacturing defect.

Product Information

We make every reasonable effort to display our products accurately.

Due to differences in monitor settings, lighting conditions, photography, and the natural characteristics of fabrics, slight variations in color, texture, and appearance may occur.

Minor measurement variations of up to 1–2 cm are considered normal manufacturing tolerances.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including photographs, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is the intellectual property of PIURE and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PIURE shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of our website or products.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
