At Piure, all garments are made to order and individually produced after purchase. We do not keep finished garments in stock.

Production begins after an order is placed and materials may be cut, prepared, or purchased specifically for that order.

Because each garment is made to order and produced specifically for the customer, we do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.

Customers are responsible for reviewing the product description, size chart, and color selection before placing an order.

If body measurements are provided, customers are responsible for ensuring that the measurements are accurate.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@piure.net and provide clear photographs of the issue.

If a manufacturing defect or an error on our part is confirmed, PIURE may, at its discretion, offer:

  • repair of the garment;

  • replacement of the garment;

  • partial refund;

  • full refund.

Non-Defective Items

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for:

  • change of mind;

  • personal preference;

  • incorrect size selected by the customer;

  • dissatisfaction with color, fabric, texture, or style;

  • delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Minor variations in color, texture, handmade finishing, and measurement differences of up to 1-2 cm are considered normal characteristics of made-to-order garments and are not regarded as defects.

Items that have been worn, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned without prior authorization are not eligible for a refund or replacement.
